Lift Weights Faster 2015 Review – Ditch the Long Boring Cardio Sessions AND Get Better Results

Lift_Weights_Faster-500x500Sick Of Long Boring Cardio Sessions? Me Too!

If you’ve been here before, you would know that I’m not into long, boring workouts, I hate the cardio machines at the gym and I’m all about working out smarter, not harder. I really believe that overdoing exercise can work against what you are trying to achieve. Its all about hormones, and maintaining the delicate balance where your body is in the best fat burning mode possible. I am always happy to discover programs that work along these lines 🙂

That brings me to this next review: Lift Weights Faster, by Jen Sinkler.

Lift Weights Instead for Better Results!

Jen Sinkler is a former US athlete turned personal trainer and fitness writer. This program is her brainchild, and is made up of the same workouts that Jen uses herself, as well as with her clients, to get stellar results in way less time.

Basically, the workouts are based on the idea that lifting weights fast, as in performing the movements quickly, will help you get leaner, build muscle, move better and feel better, as well as improving your cardio vascular health. This challenges the idea that fitness is primarily built by performing ‘cardio’ activities, such as biking and running. The truth is; new research shows that lifting weights is, in many ways, better than traditional cardio for fat loss, performance, and even overall health.

What’s Included In Lift Weights Faster?

The Lift Weights Faster program will show you a new way of working out, with not a treadmill in sight! The program in made up of 180 different workouts, so you will have loads to choose from and wont get bored easily. The best part is, each workout varies in length from 10 to 30 minutes. Don’t be fooled though, this is no 10 minute walk in the park. You will feel that you have worked out afterwards, but you will also feel stronger and fitter and see results!

There really is a massive amount of information here. The 180 included workouts cover everything from beginner to advanced, some requiring equipment and some based on bodyweight movements. So there is always going to be something that suits,  no matter the circumstances. And; with so many to choose from, I’ll bet you’ll also find something you like and enjoy, not just something you can sweat your way through.

The information is provided through a mixture of ebooks and guides as well as video demonstrations for the most complicated moves; so everything is crystal clear and easy to follow.

Lift Weights FasterThe Bottom Line

The Lift Weights Faster program is available right now for $79.  If you really think about that price you will agree that it is not only fair, but actually a pretty good bargain. 180 workouts over $79 works out to around 45 cents per workout. Try getting a trainer to create a workout for you for under 50 cents!

But aside from the cost, I really love this product. I often will not go to the gym or do a workout half heartedly because I’m not really sure what I’m doing – but when I have a specific workout to do, or attend a class, I really give it my all and perform. I love the idea of having 180 workouts of varying lengths, difficulties and formats at my fingertips to choose from.

So, if you’re sick of spending ages on the treadmill and the elliptical and not seeing worthwhile results, I would urge you to give this program a go.  I think you’ll love it.

Check it out on the official website here

Good luck 🙂
