If you’ve been here before, you would know that I’m not into long, boring workouts, I hate the cardio machines at the gym and I’m all about working out smarter, not harder. I really believe that overdoing exercise can work against what you are trying to achieve. Its all about hormones, and maintaining the delicate balance where your body is in the best fat burning mode possible. I am always happy to discover programs that work along these lines 🙂

But aside from the cost, I really love this product. I often will not go to the gym or do a workout half heartedly because I’m not really sure what I’m doing – but when I have a specific workout to do, or attend a class, I really give it my all and perform. I love the idea of having 180 workouts of varying lengths, difficulties and formats at my fingertips to choose from.
So, if you’re sick of spending ages on the treadmill and the elliptical and not seeing worthwhile results, I would urge you to give this program a go. I think you’ll love it.
